The skipper was back and so was everyone else as the strongest side was picked for the visit of Easton. We had never beaten them but this all changed on saturday. We bowled well and held nearly all catches but the visitors failed to really have a go at our bowlers. Del going for 27 in his 8 overs and Youngsy just 18 in his 10 overs. 158 should never be a test at Manor Road and although we coughed and spluttered a bit at the end we got there reasonablly easily. Powelly got another fifty and Webby played well for 35. Confidence is good at the moment and with Woolpit next week it will show just how far we have come.
