Hunts County Bats Sunday XI
With the success of the youth system Haverhill decided in 2006 to  enter a second team into the Two Counties league. The Sunday XI has been the lifeblood of the club since 1997 and we have had some successes moving through the leagues to Division Two of the Hunts league.
This year seess a new skipper in the form of Graham Brandejs who joined the club in 2006 and played a big part in looking after the friendly XI which eventually became the Saturday seconds.
He has a mixture of youth and experience to call upon this year and it promises to be a tough one with the standard of the Sunday teams being arguably stronger than the two Counties seconds so there is a challenge ahead but with our faith in the youth set up no doubt he will succeed and move the team onto bigger and beter things. |
