Favourite memory of playing for Haverhill: There have been too many to mention all but a few are,

• Chasing 144 at Horseheath midweek in 1989 and getting them without losing a wicket. We only had 9 players and only 3 batsmen. I think that was the last time we beat Horseheath.

• Winning division 5 of the Mick Mcneil league our 1^st year back. I knew it was the start of great things.
• Winning our 1^st Two Counties game in Div 4 against Long Melford and realising we would not embarrass ourselves in the division.
• Watching Luke Youngs and Josh Meekings score loads of runs last year.

Best bowling figures for Haverhill: It would be unfair to pick out 1 particular performance as pre skiing holiday they were all quite exceptional.

Player at Haverhill who you would most like to have a ice bath with: That’s just wrong but if I had to pick one it would be Jon Watkins because he never showers and it’s Sam I feel sorry for.

Person you would most like to face at Haverhill: Dan Webb – just to see if he does something with his eyes to hypnotize the batsmen as I cannot see how he gets bucket fulls of wickets week in week out. Keep up the good work Dan.
